Photographer Captures Geometry of the World from Above

These photos remind us that despite our abuse, we remain a structured species with a concern for order.

Bernhard Lang had the chance to fly over various regions of Europe to photograph these stunning images that frame the patterns of human activity within its environment.

The Munich-based photographer seized most of his pictures at an altitude between 490 and 4920 feet in the air, which allowed him to get a striking sight of our overwhelming presence, obviously helped by a strong talent for landscape photography. Check out his fascinating series.
